Looking to find band members?

You have come to the right place, nowadays it’s really difficult to find band members, especially when you just don’t know where to look. You might have tried local music stores find musicansand got no response. Well, times have changed! Giggem is a new upcoming website with a directory full of musicians. The social template makes it easy to communicate with local guitar players, songwriters, singers, you name it! As the site grows, more and more people join from around the world. With the search function you can do musician profilean ‘advanced search’ to pick out who you want, their area, experience, the instrument they play etc. With Giggem, if you haven’t already realized you can create your own personal profile to make yourself available to other bands. You can change your profile status to ‘now seeking’ and then whatever you want so that bands or managers can find you. The better your profile, the more likely you will get the job. That’s what I thought was great, the fact that managers and record labels can join Giggem and create partnerships with musicians. It makes the whole process faster, especially since music can be displayed on your own profile for anyone to listen to. Whether your a solo artist or an individual looking to find band members close by, it’s one of the best ways to start a music career. For managers and record labels it’s quicker to pick out what’s hot and what’s not. There’s so many musicians out there and it’s getting crowded. The only disadvantage is a lot of people don’t use Giggem meaning there may be good musicians out there that will miss the opportunity. Giggem is in beta and is constantly adding new features such as ‘auditions’. Now you can go to auditions that have planned by other users. Again, joining bands has never been easier! By checking out their profile you can make a decision fast and furiously.
